Let’s Practice Together!

Sundays at 9a ET - 60min

Open Level Align & Flow (virtual)

I teach a weekly online yoga class that is equal parts Hatha-based alignment and Vinyasa-style flow (potentially skewing more Hatha if I’m honest).

What can you expect? An intelligent sequence, both challenging and meaningful, that integrates body, breath and mind in an approachable and fun manner

What else? The incorporation of props and the offering of variations to adapt the practice to the student (versus the student to the practice)

Fridays at 8a ET - 30min

“For Everyone” Move Breathe Be (virtual)

Classes are FREE in February - use code FREEFEBRUARY at checkout.

I also teach a weekly online mindfulness class that is truly “for everyone” - come as you are, where you are; no experience necessary!

What can you expect? Dropping into body, breath and mind as we do simple movements to bring awareness to the body, attention to the breath and focus to the mind

What else? You don’t need special clothes or special props or a lot of “space” to do these short, sweet and intentional sessions - just be you!

Can’t make live classes? No worries! Sign up and receive a link to the recording post-class, valid until the next week’s live class.

More interested in private instruction via 1:1 lessons?

Whether a beginner to yoga or an experienced student, I’ll work with you to develop a sustainable practice to meet your individual needs, such as: refinement of yoga postures and alignment principles, balance between strength and flexibility, exploration of breathwork within movement, a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy or an overall integration of mindfulness within the greater context of life.

We were all designed to move. breathe. be.

Prefer Being In-Person?

I sub yoga asana classes periodically at a few studios across Washington, D.C.

And occasionally, I’ve been known to do a few in-person “pop-up” classes at the National Cathedral (Cathedral Heights).

Curious about how to bring everyday mindfulness into your place of work?

I work with organizations to deliver 30min virtual mindfulness sessions to their employees, members and constituents. Similar in concept to the “For Everyone” Move Breathe Be Friday morning classes, we work together on three-month engagements, delivering weekly mindfulness sessions via Zoom. Organizations and their participants have access to the recordings for the entire length of our working relationship via a private landing page. Reach out to me to learn more. I also do in-person sessions at conferences, workshops and team-building events.
