What is Move Breathe Be?
It started as a phrase that wouldn't leave me alone—three words that surfaced in the summer of 2020 and stayed.
move. breathe. be. Not as instructions. As an invitation.
This is a coaching, yoga and mindfulness practice built around a single belief: that you get to decide—how you inhabit your body, how you find stillness, how you show up in your own life.
