Coaching is an investment in one’s self. For some of us, it’s financially out of reach at various times in our lives - sometimes at the very times when we need it the most.

If you’ve ever been “coach-curious”, now could be THE time to see how coaching can benefit you!

I’m entering certification (more on that below), and I need your help! I’m seeking clients who will be on the journey with me. We’ll make a six-month commitment to each other, meeting at minimum 12 times along the way. I’ll offer significantly reduced rates for your participation and will honor them for all of 2025 should we continue our work together.

Why I’m Entering Certification

And how we can help each other

I believe in the power of coaching - having been a client many a times and now being a coach myself. However, coaching is a self-regulated industry (as is yoga). As such, in alignment with two of my core values - Integrity and Excellence - I’ve committed myself to pursuing the highest level of training and holding the highest levels of certifications and credentials in these otherwise unregulated worlds.

Hence certification.

What is certification? Think of it like a residency or in-depth internship program. We’ll go through real coaching together, and I’ll have additional support by way of my certification leaders and my own Co-Active coach (which means you’ll have additional support, too!).

What happens at the end of certification? When I complete all necessary requirements, including two intense exams, I’ll be a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) according to the International Coaching Federation. And yes, we’ll still be able to work together for as long as you have goals to pursue and transformation to occur!
