Coaching and yoga & mindfulness are complementary options for those of us seeking greater alignment - with ourselves, with those in our lives, with those in our communities.
While trained to work with “the whole person”, my passion lies in partnering with individuals who feel out of alignment - either stuck in stagnation or swirling in unproductive action. These individuals want to transition towards something more, even if they’re unaware of what that more is just yet. They’re aware there might be obstacles, and they’re willing to face their fears because in doing so, they know they’ll be closer to this ever-so-necessary more.
