Welcome to Move. Breathe. Be.

Whether you’re new to Move. Breathe. Be. or have been with me for a while, WELCOME.

I founded Move. Breathe. Be. to be a movement about movement—of body, of breath, of being in the present moment.

We as humans are born to move, to breathe, to be present.

Yet many of us spend so much of our time senselessly reliving the past or fearfully anticipating the future, often missing the very magic right in front of our eyes, in the here and now.

Or at least I know I lived like that for far too long.

Over the last two decades, I’ve been a serious yoga practitioner and then teacher, a beneficiary of therapy, and most recently a student and now trained coach. Influenced by these years of discipline, introspection, and inner work, I offer yoga teaching and mentoring, professional coaching and consulting, and heartfelt writings and other resources that encourage our turning inwards for moments of self-reflection and self-awareness in order to consciously choose how we interact with the world around us.

Over time, the belief is that we become more comfortable with the truth that we are enough—simply by being.

I offer well-rounded, intelligent, and thoughtful yoga classes designed to move our bodies and breath and to practice sitting still.

We can practice together in group classes, one-on-one, and in a corporate setting.
